Studio :: J'han expressly forbids and prohibits the unauthorized use or reproduction of any elements or items of its managed property, without prior written consent. To receive such written consent, often through a formal licensing agreement, contact kyle@studiojhan.com. The reproduction and uploading of managed property to other online entities is expressly forbidden, except for use in non-commercial formats, wherein attribution must be provided.
Studio :: J'han selectively and temporarily licenses other entities to display or reproduce its managed property for the purposes of creating prints or replicas, publicly or privately displaying works of art, or other similar cases. However, Studio :: J'han retains exclusive worldwide rights to all managed property, regardless of license, and the reproduction of items under license is expressly forbidden. Ownership of an original work of art ("artwork"), not a photographic work of art ("photography"), is transferred to the purchaser at the completion of the transaction, but worldwide copyright is still retained and Studio :: J'han retains all rights and abilities therein.
Studio :: J'han permits the personal, non-professional use of photography of artwork on exhibition or display, with the strict condition that the images not be sold, professionally reproduced, printed in any manner other than for personal and/or private use, or any other activity that would constitute a violation of exclusive worldwide rights.
In cases of Fair Use, Studio :: J'han requests notification, through kyle@studiojhan.com, of any noteworthy use of its managed property. Any questions regarding legitimate Fair Use activities, including clarifications, should also be directed to kyle@studiojhan.com.

Studio :: J'han collects information on visitors and customers through the use of cookies, traffic analysis, email lists, purchase orders, and opt-in mechanisms. This information is strictly for internal purposes only. Since Studio :: J'han uses Google Analytics for web traffic analysis, Google's Privacy Policy (and other relevant policies) apply.
The majority of data collected is anonymized. Any non-anonymous data is collected with the full awareness that it is being collected. Any data used for the purposes of contact, other than communication regarding purchase orders, has an opt-out mechanism.

Unfortunately, there are no returns on any products sold by Studio :: J’han, including original works of art, unless stated otherwise a third-party manufacturer.
The cancellation of any in-person event or service, if not yet scheduled or occurring no later than seven calendar days in advance of the scheduled date, will result in a maximum of a 50% refund. Any in-person event or service cancellation occurring less than seven calendar days in advance of the scheduled date will result in a maximum of a 25% refund.
